1. Capacity  2000 Cubic Feet - Four 45-degree hoppers - 102" wide.
2. Construction Polished aluminum - Smooth exterior with external top shell stiffeners and fully welded internal bar-type rings.  Extruded aluminum front and rear frames with tubular aluminum struts.
3. Design For pneumatic handling of low density dry flowable powders and granules, including plastics and food grade commodities.  Operating pressure 14.7 PSIG, 13" HG operating vacuum.  Maximum commodity temperature 160 degrees F. W-2 internal weld treatment (snag free and weld tint removed).  Interior surfaces to be protected during production.
4. Manholes Four 20" full opening Knappco cast aluminum pressure covers with (6) cam-type adjustable hold-downs.  Located over each hopper.  Covers equipped with white gasket and hinged at roadside.
1. Air Piping Inlet at roadside front equipped with 4" aluminum adapter and cap.  One 4" aluminum butterfly valve at roadside controls air flow to aeration manifold on roadside.  Line ends with aluminum threaded cap with white neoprene gasket.
2.  Check Valves Two 4" Bayco and one 3" Knappco swing checks.  One 4" near air inlet, one 4" upstream of front hopper discharge outlet and one 3" in top air line.
3. Aeration Each hopper fitted with three Flo-cones and each hopper with one 2" individual ball control valve.
4. Pressure Control Valve 4" Aluminum butterfly valve located roadside to regulate air flow to discharge line.
5. Blow-Down Line 3" Aluminum line with 3" aluminum butterfly valve and Bayco 15 PSIG mechanical relief valve.
6. Top Air 3" Aluminum line with 3" butterfly valve in combination with blow-down line.
7. Product Valves 6" Butterfly valve with two-piece aluminum body, one-piece stainless steel disc-stem and white square shoulder seat at each hopper operated roadside.
8. Discharge Line Cast aluminum 6" gravity drop tee at each hopper with 4" schedule 40 aluminum tubing connected with snap joint couplings with white flush-seal gaskets.  Line extended straight to extreme rear and equipped with 4" aluminum coupler and plug.
9. Gravity Drops 6" Aluminum gravity drop tee at each hopper
10. Pressure Gauges Two liquid filled 0-30# range mounted in cabinet with light.  Conveniently located roadside at fron of rear fender.
11. Vacuum Return Line 4" Aluminum from filter to top rail and front roadside inlet with adapter and cap, turned up 90 degrees.
12. Vacuum / Filter Control 4" Butterfly valve with white seat, A/B disc in line connecting filter and tank.  Valve air actuated.
13. Vacuum Relief Valve 15" HG vacuum in 4" vacuum line at front.
14. Vacuum Gauges

Two 0-30 HG liquid filled in cabinet with light at roadside rear, facing to the rear.

15. Vacuum Dump 4" Vacuum dump line at rear with 4" butterfly valve with A/B disc and white seat, ending with 4" adapter and dust cap.
16. Filter J&L Filter system with manual shaker, 10 bags, 161 sq. ft. and 4" dump with droduct trap space and two 4" butterfly valves with A/B disc and white seat.  Long shaker handle.
17. Fill Line Two 6" Schedule 40 aluminum rear fill lines with sight glass.  Run from bumper area to rear manhole.  6" adapter on inlet with 6" dust cap.  One line terminates just behind rear manhole, second line halfway into tank.
Notes All butterfly valve seats and gaskets to be white non-toxic.  All air control butterfly valves to be with aluminum-bronze disc.
1.  Fenders and Mudflaps

Contoured aluminum at front and rear with black rubber J&L anti-sail flaps.

2. Hose Carrier One 8" x 21' aluminum tube with cast aluminum doors at each end, mounted roadside flush with rear of trailer.  One 10" x 21' aluminum hose tube with cast aluminum doors at each end, mounted curbside flush with rear of trailer.
3. Discharge Hose None.
4. Vacuum Loading Hose None.
5. Hose Stand Adjustable height aluminum stand mounted at front for two 4" hoses.  Bracket for stowing free end of 4" hoses located at curbside, with 4" male adapters.
6. 3" Hot Air Hose None.
7. Silencer / Muffler Stainless housing mounted curbside on front frame with 4" hoses.  Bracket for stowing free end of 4" hoses located at curbside, with 4" male adapters.
8. Ladder Aluminum mounted at curbside rear with grab handles at chassis frame and at top of vessel.
9. Walkway Non-skid paint on top of vessel between full length top rails.  19" wide aluminum gripstrut walkway curbside full length.
10. Lights and Wiring

12-Volt Trucklite system with 7-way ATA connector.  Aluminum bolt-on light boxes each with two red stop and tail lights and one amber turn signal.  Combination mid-tank clearance and turn signal.  Additional high mounted stop light and FMBVSS108 conspicuity tape included.

1. Upper Coupler 5/16" Hi-tensile steel plate with 2" forged kingpin and heavy duty channel stiffeners.  Assembly bolted on and adjustable.
2. Support Legs Holland Mark V, LGS-3A-305, 200,000# static load two-speed with sand shoes.  Mounted ahead of front hopper with gear box and crank on roadside.
3. Suspension Turner Model HT-230 air ride.  60" axle spacing.  Turner air scale kit with gauge mounted in gauge box.  Manual air dump kit.
4. Axles Two Dana inverted drop-center 5" round.  22,500# capacity, 77-1/2" track, 5/8" wall thickness.
5. Brake System Air actuated 16-1/2" x 7" x 3/4" S-cam quick change style.  30/30 TSE chambers with Haldex automatic slack adjusters.  Dust shields.
6. Hubs & Drums Hub piloted aluminum ConMet preset hubs with 10-hole outboard mounted centrifuse drums.
7. Oil Seals Eaton Outrunner
8. Wheels Eight 10-hole hub piloted 22.5 x 8.25 steel disc.  Pre-painted white.
9. Tires Customer-supplied 11R22.5 Michelin XZY-1 tires
10. Tire Carrier None
11. Hubodometer Hubodometer, in kilometers, mounted on curbside front axle.
12. Bumper Full width polished aluminum bumper.
13. Paint Black Imron Series 5000 on steel parts only.
NOTE It is recommended that the interior of the vessel be cleaned professionally prior to initial loading to avoid contamination of the cargo.
